Hi, I want to start kickboxing, what do you think? Is it a good choice of sport for someone who wants to improve her overall tone, or is there anything better that I could do? Thanks.
If you like the look of kickboxing, then go for it, as long as there is no medical reason why shouldn't do it. The most important thing is to pick something you enjoy, that you will want to carry on with and make a regular commitment to, for your health and wellbeing.
