Bulimia, depression and anxiety

I have been fighting bulimia for a long time, and after thirteen years of being 'healthy', I can feel it taking hold again. I'm desperate, but I don't think I've got the energy to fight it. Please help me, I'm on the verge of giving in.

Are you desperate and anxious, which has triggered your bulimia, or are you a bulimic who has become anxious and desperate? Go straight to your doctor and ask for counselling or therapy to help you work through these issue. You will hopefully find that once you feel better in yourself, the urge to binge and vomit will disappear and you will feel more balanced.
Don't give up! Things will only get worse. The quicker you get help, the quicker you will feel better.
