Wanting to put on weight

Unlike most women, I think I'm too thin. I eat normally, but am fed up of people making comments all the time. I would like to know how I can put weight on safely. What should I eat in particular? Thanks!

What you eat at the moment is keeping your weight stable, that's what we call normal eating. To put on weight, just eat a little more of what you eat at the moment. Try larger portions at each meal, making sure that your diet is still balanced and varied - don't go mad with the cakes and sweets! Once you reach the weight you're aiming for, just go back to your normal portion sizes.
