Fuller Lips
I long for plump, full looking lips, and a slather of lipstick just doesn't do the trick...
Lip pencils are very useful in giving fuller looking lips, but be sure not to use a colour which is more than 2 shades darker than your lipstick/gloss as you'll end up with that Pammy Anderson, trailer trash look. It also stops your lipstick from bleeding, often a problem on thinnner lips. Line the outer edge of your lips (but avoid artistic improvisation - you aren't drawing larger lips onto your face), before filling in with lipstick. A great trick for fuller looking lips, is to dab foundation onto them, before applying your colour. This works both with lipstick and gloss - infact it is great with gloss, and gives a wonderful, natural look. Keep your lip gloss handy in your bag, and dab an extra generous dollop onto the middle of your lower lip for a supe sexy pout.
