Hi, I'd like to know what happens during an operation to pin back the ears. Thanks.

Like any other cosmetic surgery procedure, an anaesthetic will be used. Through an incision made behind the ear, the outer ear will be sewn to the scalp, and sometimes reduced a little. After the operation, a compress will be kept on the ears for a few days to help with bruising. It's a simple, low-risk operation.
