Puberty in grils.

Hi! I would like to know if there is any connection between breast development, first periods and the growth of pubic hair. When do the breasts stop growing? Thank you very much,
A Loyal Reader!

Breasts, pubic hair and periods are all governed by hormones, which determine when they will all appear in puberty. Normally, the breasts will start developing first, two or three years before the first period, which marks the end of puberty (but not adolscence!). The breasts will carry on developing for several years and will vary according to your daughter's weight, as they are made up of fatty tissue.
