I've just been given a trampette for exercise, I've heard that it's quite good for the hips and thighs. How often and for how long should I go on it? What time of day is best, should I do it before or after eating? Thanks very much, I don't really know anything about trampolining!

This is a great way to keep in shape, it will raise you heart beat and help you to burn fat, while improving your balance and co-ordination. It will have similar effects to step and jogging, so don't do it straight after you've eaten, allow your food to digest first, otherwise it will be very uncomfortable and you risk giving yourself a hernia or acid reflux.
