Semi-Permanent Or Permanent?

I am 28 and have started the descent to grey hair. Should I use permanent or semi-permanent colour to cover it?

Generally speaking if you have 20-30 per cent grey, semi-permanent colour is perfectly adequate for covering grey. It is kinder on your hair, as it contains no ammonia, however, the colour will fade within a few months. If you are 40 per cent grey (or more), then you will need to use permanent colour... I would always recommend that you have it done by a professional, the results will be much better than if you dye your hair yourself.
