Reasons for abortion

I have just had my pregnancy terminated at week 34, without fully understanding why. I would like to know the main reasons behind this?

I'm afraid it's impossible to answer your question without knowing your medical history. A doctor will have taken blood tests before, and examined the planceta and foetus afterwards and will be able to answer your questions.
