Pain and pregnancy

Hello, For two days now I've had a sharp pain behind my belly button, almost as if someone was pulling it from the inside, especially when I lie or sit down. It's so painful, that I can't even touch it.
I'm 23 weeks pregnant.
Is this normal?
Thanks in advance.

Pregnancy should not be painful. Go to the doctor's as soon as possible, if ever you have pains during pregnancy.
