Itching and stress

I have an itchy scalp. I've tried several shampoos and lotions, but they just dried my scalp out even more. I've read that it could be linked to stress - what can I do, other than go on holiday more often?!

Learn how to manage your stress. Try yoga, meditation or t'ai ch'i for relaxation, but if the problem persists then speak to your doctor. A trichologist may be able to tell you why you have a sensitive scalp.
