Missed pill

Hi, I've been on Cilest for a few years and I have a few questions.

If I've forgotten to take my pill three days running, will I ovulate and am I at risk of falling pregnant?
Will there be any danger to the baby if I am pregnant, say if I don't realise straight away and carry on taking the pill as normal?

Thanks very much for your help, for a few days now I've been feeling very tired and sick, I'm at my wits' end...

Forgetting to take a pill for more than 24 hours exposes you to the risk of pregnancy. Ovulation is quite likely, so if you have forgotten to take a pill and have not started your period, take a pregnancy test before you start your next packet. If you find yourself forgetting to take the pill frequently, maybe this is not the ideal form of contraception for you. Discuss your options with your doctor.
