Headaches in early pregnancy

I'm seven weeks pregnant and suffering from the most terrible headaches. It seems to wrap itself around my forehead, and even makes me feel sick - I feel like I'm living in a fog of pain!
What can I do? is this normal? Thanks for your help.

Pregnancy can cause spinal problems and tension, which in turn causes headaches. Pregnant women are also quiet susceptible to migraines, but your doctor will be able to tell you how to deal with them and which drugs are safe to take. Massage and acupuncture can work very well.
