High levels of HCG.
Hello, At three weeks pregnant, my HCG level was at 10792 UI/l. Is this normal? Could I be expecting twins? Could it be an ectopic pregnancy? Thanks for your help.
Without examining you, it is impossible to say. High levels of HCG can be caused by plenty of things, amongst them, twins and molar pregnancies. Ask your doctor for a scan, explain to him why you are worried. To put your mind at rest, it is not normally an indication of an ectopic pregnancy.
