Sport and pregnancy

What sort of exercise can I take whilst I'm pregnant?
Thanks !!

Be careful and use your common sense. What sports are safe for you, depends largely on the shape your body. You will be at your most mobile during the early stages, but as soon as you develop a bump, you will find it hard to lie on your tummy, or use your abs. Try to avoid lifting heavy weights and gong over the top, swimming and walking are probably the best forms of exercise for pregnant women, as well as yoga, which is very beneficial.
