Scans and fears during pregnancy

I'm six weeks pregnant with a bay we've wanted for a very long time. I'm over the moon, but I can't stop worrying about losing it! I ask my doctor for scans all the time, but they do nothing to reassure me. What can I do?

Trust the people looking after you, try no to become paranoid about your baby, even though you've been waiting such a long time for it.
