Dizzy spells and nausea during pregnancy.

I am 23 weeks pregnant and was take ill last night, feeling faint and lightheaded, with nausea, vomiting and ringing in my ears. It's the second time it has happened this week and I am very worried. Can your help me please?
The symptoms you are describing point to low blood pressure or a vagal infection. Although it is frightening at the time, neither condition is serious if treated, but make an appointment with your doctor to make sure there is no underlying condition.
