Hello,
I had a blood sugar test on 75g glucose, which came up as 1.98g after two hours. Do I need to worry? Should I ask the doctor for insulin?

It is very difficult to answer your questions without knowing your medical history. Managing diabetes depends on your starting weight and your ability to stick to a special diet, amongst other things. Insulin is prescribed rarely and only in severe cases.
