Cystitis and pregnancy

Hello, I've had a water infection for a few days now, I constantly need the toilet, but when I go, it hurts. Is this dangerous for the baby? I'm 19 weeks pregnant. Thanks.

Any infection can be dangerous for a pregnant woman. Make sure your cystitis is treated by your doctor, as if you leave it, it could go on to cause a kidney infection, which is much more serious, and can lead to a premature birth.
