Multiple pregnancy detection

From what month of a pregnancy can you tell how many embryos there are?
Thanks.

Doctors can't tell how many babies you are expecting, until they can see clearly how many eggs are in the uterus, which can sometimes depend on the accuracy of the ultrasound machine.
They can usually tell between four and six weeks, but won't tell you until they're sure!
