Teenage body image.
Hi!
I've known my girlfriend for two years and she's really obsessed with her body. I don't know what to do any more, it's all she ever thinks about. How can I make her see that she has a beautiful body?

It's very hard to deal with adolescent obsessions and narcissism, but your girfriend will probably grow out of it over time.
Try getting her involved in other things and developing new interests with her to help her to focus on other things. You sound very supportive, so keep telling her she has a lovely figure, for she is probably looking for reassurance and maybe feels a little insecure about the way her body is changing. Try to make her realise that beauty is not as important as she thinks it is, her body will change a great deal as she gets older.
