Cellulite
I'm 20 and a bit overweight, so I've taken out gym membership near where I live. The trainer told me I had a lot of cellulite which I want to get rid of, but I was wondering if any of the treatments on the market actually work.
Cellulite tends to be a female problem and is notoriously hard to shift. There are ways to make it disappear though, but you must be willing to put in plenty of effort! The gym is perfect, think about it: have you ever seen an athlete on the television with cellulite? Ask your trainer to put you in form plenty of classes to tone the thighs, abs and bottom. You will lose weight and tone up much more quickly if you diet at the same time, so reduce your portion sizes, make sure you eat five portions of fruit and vegetables a day, and drink plenty of water. Before you go to bed every night, massage your legs from the calves up to your bottom, either with an anti-cellulite cream, your normal body lotion, or simply talc. It's the massage that's important, not the product. Hang in there, it will take a long time to shift, but it will be worth it in the end.
