Skin > UV and Fake Tanning

Topping up the tan

I have just returned from 2 weeks in the sun and am desperate to hang onto my tan for as long as possible. Because my skin is darker now, I'm not so woried about using a sun bed, what do you recommend?

If I've said it once, I've said it a million times… UV damages the skin. Like tobacco, it is a carcinogen and can cause cancer. It does not matter that you have a tan already, UV rays will still affect you. If you decide to take the plunge, be careful not to become an addict: You are clearly a sun-worshipper and UV ages the skin. Take my advice: Enjoy the tan that you have, and if you want to top it up, go fake.
