It is perfectly normal for teenagers to experiment with their sexuality and find out what our society has to offer. Young men always like looking at women's bodies, for the moment he probably has no other outlet for his sexuality. As long as it doesn't become an addiction or long-term problem there is nothing to worry about, so make sure he carries on socialising with his friends. If he becomes introverted, spending very long periods of time alone in his bedroom and starts to lose friends, then will be the time to have a chat with him.
