Makeup > Manicure White Marked Nails I have, for some time now, had white marks on my nails. For some reason it seems to be worst on my big toes. Could it be a lack of calcium in my diet? What do you recommend? These white marks could be caused by a number of things. As they are on your toe nails, I suspect that it could be either a mycosis (fungal infection) or an iron deficiency. I would recommend that you let your GP take a closer look.
