Why Am I losing My Hair?
I seem to be losing a lot of hair at the moment… I know that it is normal to shed a bit, but it comes out en masse when I brush my hair and it is even worse shen I wash it. Could it be a lack of vitamins or iron? Are there any good supplements you can recommend?
Excessive hair loss reflects a lack of general health, I doubt that you are lacking vitamins if you have a normal diet. I cannot give you a specific diagnosis and suggest that you consult your doctor. It could be a number of things, from a lack of iron, to a hormone balance or stress.
