Sex after a miscarriage.
I'm 33 and have had two miscarriages (1 in December 99 and the second in March 2000).
I would like to know how safe it is to have sex with my husband during pregnancy, or if we should wait for three months to lessen the risk. Thanks
I would really need to know why the miscarriages happened in the first place to answer your question, so it would be best to ask your doctor. Did you have tests done at the time of each miscarriage? Did you have curettage afterwards? Was the blood and fluids you lost tested?
Generally speaking, gentle lovemaking in early pregnancy is not likely to induce another miscarriage..
