Styling Advice - Rectangular Face
I have a rectangular face, and for the last few years have always worn it quite short, with a fringe. I am bored of this style and want a change… will long hair suit me?
Women with rectangular faces best suit short to medium length hair: Anything below the shoulders will make the face appear even longer. This face shape is also synonymous with a high forehead, and women often try to hide it with a fringe. By all means grow your hair, but stick to the shoulder rule, as anything longer could be a disaster. The most flattering styles for you are those that are full around the side of the face. Ask your hairdresser for layers, which will soften the look and wear it in a centre parting.
