Anorexia

I have been anoraxic on and off for five years, although sometimes I can control it. Help me.

Anorexia can range from eating small portions, to refusing any sort of food at all. It can have very serious physical consequences if left untreated.
It is very common amongst teenagers and is often a reaction to stress or trauma. You may need a psychologist to help you get to the bottom of why you developed the illness, it may take a long time, but it will be worth it in the end to help you get better. Go and see your doctor immediately, explain the problem and ask him to refer you to a psychologist. The longer you leave it, the harder it will be to treat.
