Rosacea is blotchiness caused by the dilation of blood vessels in the face. People with sensitive skin are particularly susceptible and should take certain steps towards protecting their skin: Avoid the sun, or at least wear a high factor cream. Be sure to moisturise well and use an SPF daily. Avoid severe cold, smokey places and, where possible, alcohol. Certain creams work well against rosacea, by preventing further vaso-dilation. Try Roseliane or the equivalent. Once the problem advances, more radical methods are needed in order to get rid of them: Laser surgery is very effective. Talk to your doctor about rosacea, he will find the best product for you.
