Lined Eyes
I am 41 and want to get rid of the lines under my eyes. What do you recommend?
Lines aren't simply a matter of age, especially when it comes to the delicate eye area. Firstly we need to examine your lifestyle… and you need to determine whether you can make the necessary changes. The health of your skin is dependent on good diet, lots of water, and plenty of sleep. It is important to avoid smoking and regular alcohol consumption as toxins and dehydration affect the skin very badly. Use a gentle makeup remover and decent moisturiser for the area, such as eye contour cream. Watch out for those harmful rays, and carry sunglasses in your handbag at all times. If your lines are too deep, or the guide simply too hard to follow then you have the choice: Grin and bear it, or consider a cosmetic procedure.
