7. Hermes Kelly Bag

Originally designed in 1930’s by Robert Dumas, the Kelly bag wasn’t a hit until Grace Kelly, the Princess of Monaco, was photographed wearing the satchel in Cannes in 1956. Since then, the singular bag has enjoyed outstanding success and, despite its high price tag, has fashionistas placing themselves on 3-month waiting lists to get their hands on it. Thierry Hermes founded his eponymous company in 1837 and his predecessors have since brought modern design and luxurious quality to the label, ensuring an enduring legacy and a distinguished image.
