A symbol of luxury and leisure travel, the Louis Vuitton Speedy bag is a classic that has lasted since the 1930’s. The son of a carpenter, Louis Vuitton moved to Paris in 1834 and began crafting packing trunks for aristocrats at the court of the Empress Eugénie. It wasn’t until 1932, however, that the Speedy bag was introduced in the house’s enduring monogram print.
