Open and curious about everything, you are felxible and adaptable. You love communicating with as many people as possible, and can't sit still for a moment. At home, you're always doing three or four things at once, in fact, it's not unheard of to have you hoovering and watching the television, while you're speaking to a friend on the phone and keeping an eye on the kids' homework. Your environment should reflect all that's going on in your life, above all else it should be very open to the outside world. You like to get to know your neighbours, and have friends dropping in and out like a breath of fresh air, and need to live in a property with large windows so that you can breath, physically and metaphorically. Your hectic social life means lots of dinner parties, so you also need space for guests. You also move around a lot for work and family commitments, and don't feel especially attached to any one place to call 'home'. Communication tools should take pride of place in your home, make a comfy place by the telephone for long chats (although you probably have more than one), ditto for the TV and radio, and don't forget about the Internet. The lounge is the most important room, where you can relax with friends, or charm your husband's colleagues after dinner. Go for multi-function furniture, which will let you transform your space at a moment's notice, perfect for when guests drop by unannounced. Table-shelving-stool arrangements from Ikea and similar, are light and easy to move about, fitting in perfectly with your changeable life. Folding chairs and pull-put tables make great solutions for when your eldest has brought their whole class home for tea. |
