If your boss is a man
It’s difficult not to like him. He’s open, warm and isn’t much of a stickler for principles.
Naturally optimistic, he transmits his enthusiasm to the rest of the staff, but he sometimes tends to have his head in the clouds and isn’t the most organised person. He doesn’t like being criticised and finds it difficult to call himself into question.
His major flaw: he’s touchy at times. He’s hot-headed and tends to fly into fits of rage. Fortunately, he isn’t very resentful.
If your boss is a woman
Where there’s a will, there’s a way! That’s her motto. She applies it to herself in order to succeed at whatever she takes on, but she thinks that all her colleagues should succeed at everything too, that it’s just a question of motivation.
Friendly, warm and cheerful, she’s naturally authoritative but she doesn’t overstep the mark.
She likes her freedom and lets others maintain theirs. If you do your job well, she’ll leave you to organise yourself, without creating unnecessary difficulties. She’s trusting but secretly looks down upon cowardly and feeble people.
