Honesty is the best policy, and becoming a cougar is no exception. You need to be honest on lots of levels.

Be honest with yourself about whether it’s the right lifestyle for you and ask yourself why
you want a younger man.

(Looking for some fun? Fine. Looking for someone to make your ex-husband jealous? Not so good).

Finally, be honest with the men you meet about your age. You may be ok with dating outside your decade but check your lust-object is too!

Of course, age isn't the be-all and end-all when it comes to love.

Film director Sam Taylor-Wood is dating Aaron Johnson, who is 23 years her junior - and they're starting a family - being a cougar can work out - but like in any relationship the key to success is honesty!
