It can be scary when you feel that the person you are in love with doesn't love you back anymore.

After promising to spend the rest of your life with your husband, the thought of not having him around can be frightening.

But if you find yourself thinking 'my husband doesn't love me' there's no need to panic. There are some things you can do to get the relationship back on track.

We spoke to relationship counsellor Christine Northam from Relate to ask her what she would advise a woman to do if she thought her husband didn't love her.

She gave us some great advice, from questioning your own thoughts to approaching your husband with the right questions.
