Test: Do you know how to think positively?
You don't always think positively!
You don't take positive thinking very seriously.
You'd love to be one of those bouncy people who always looks on the bright side of life, but you only really half believe in it, and lack the energy and motivation to turn your ideas into reality. You see the obstacles strewn in your path rather than the way round them and tend to concentrate on what could go wrong, rather than what could actually work out quite well. It's good to be realistic, but why don't you have any confidence in your abilities to succeed? Maybe you lack self-esteem, which prevents you from believing in yourself. Or maybe the people around you tell you not to bother dreaming, because it's always other people who are successful. Don't listen to the voice in your head that tells you that it's not worth trying, concentrate on your creativity! Change the way you look at life by planning and carrying out small tasks to show yourself that you can be as successful as the next person. Remember these successes, however small, when you think about the future - believe in yourself and you will see your dreams come true!
