You don't like your physical appearence. Maybe
it's your whole body that bothers you,; or maybe
it's just your weight or height?
You probably think that it's just your rotten
luck to be landed with a figure like yours and
that it makes everything just that little bit
harder for you when you feel like you don't
measure up and aren't moving things forward
as you'd like. Basically, your ideas, plans
and likes and dislikes are just not in sync
with your outward appearence, but be careful
not to let the way you look become the be-all-and-end-all!
Myabe it's just a couple of key areas that you
worry about?
No doubt you think that the people around you
see your perceived default in the same way that
you do, you probably also think that it's the
first thing that they notice as well. Be careful
not to let it take over your life. By thinking
about it too much, you risk overlooking your
good points. Maybe your complex started when
your body changed in your teens, especially
likely if you found this time of your life difficult.
Maybe you weren't able to find any comfort from
the people around you, but try to calm the negative
little voice in your head which is constantly
whispering that you're not beautiful enough.
Work at raising your self-esteem and you'll
learn to see what other people find so beautioful
about you.
