You seem to be in an almost constant state of strung-out tension! Of course, there's always a reason for your nervous anxiety, but other more pleasant occasions also send you into a spin and prevent you from enjoying them. When friends come over, you worry so much about what you're cooking, how your house looks, or whether they'll have a good time that you don't have much fun yourself. When you have a flight to catch, you leave hours in advance so that you don't miss it and once you've arrived you worry that your flight home will leave without you. You have a tendency to transform all the happy moments in your life into tests for your nerves which spoils everything not just for you, but for those around you as well. No doubt you're very sensitive and feel things keenly, which means that you need a great deal of reassurance and support. If you find yourself exhausted the stresses and strains of your life, try ot find a way of controlling your emotions so that they don't overwhelm you. Learn to express your feelings and let it out from time to time, relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation may help too as they will help you to take a step back and regain control. Learn to live a more peaceful, stable life.
