Sylvester Stallone's son Sage was found unresponsive at his LA home on Friday.
The 36-year-old - Hollywood actor Sylvester's eldest child with first wife Sasha Czack - died of a suspected overdose.
Sage starred alongside Sylvester, 66, in Rocky V and Daylight.
Publicist Michelle Bega said in a statement: "Sylvester Stallone is devastated and grief-stricken over the sudden loss of his son Sage Stallone... His loss will be felt forever.
"His compassion and thoughts are with Sage's mother Sasha. Sage was a very talented and wonderful young man."
