Britney has been out of the limelight for a little while - since having her public breakdown she near enough scared the press and paparazzi away - but now, with a wedding in the pipeline and a more settled home life, the mega star could be ready to venture into the public eye again - in the shape of an X Factor judge. Simon Cowell is determined to make X Factor US a huge success and to do this he needs big names. Small wonder then, that the likes of Mariah Carey and Britney Spears have been spoken about. According to inside reports Simon Cowell is close to securing Britney . Cowell said recently: "There's going to be a lot of twists and turns over the next few weeks and a lot of things we're going to announce." Edge. Of. Seat much? OK only a little. Still, if Britney does become a judge we'll be tuning in - well, you never know when another head shave situation might come about. |
