Brooke Vincent wants Rihanna as Coronation Street girlfriendBrooke Vincent has revealed that Rihanna would be her perfect partner in Coronation Street.
The actress plays lesbian Sophie Webster in the soap and reckons the Bajan singer could be just what her character needs following her disastrous wedding to Sian Powers (Sacha Parkinson) at Christmas. Brooke told The Sun newspaper: "She's single and ready to mingle! I'd have Rihanna as her dream girlfriend." Brooke dates Chelsea footballer Josh McEachran in real life - but has no desire to play a straight girl in the soap.
She added: I don’t think the producers want her to be straight either. "Being a lesbian has made so much of an impact on her, and it’s not a phase for most people.
“So it’s all right saying, ‘Oh well, it’s all right for storylines’, but they can’t exactly make her not gay again - that doesn’t work." It's not just Rihanna that Brooke wants to join her on set - this girl has big plans! The 20-year-old actress thinks producers should give rapper Snoop Dogg - who's a big fan of the ITV1 programme - a guest role. Brooke said: "I think he should [appear], I like Snoop Dogg. And apparently Kim Kardashian wants to be on Corrie as well, so she can come and show her arse off!" Snoop could be like my drug dealer or something. I'd get addicted to drugs off Snoop Dogg." Someone get Snoop on the phone. |
