Charlie Sheen selling Sober Valley Lodge

Charlie Sheen is selling his Beverly Hills mansion for $7.2 million. The former 'Two and a Half Men' actor has put the luxurious five-bedroom home - which he ironically nicknamed 'Sober Valley Lodge' while he was receiving home rehabilitation assistance earlier this year - on the market and it is described as an "entertainer's dream". The listing reads: "This custom-built Mediterranean in Mulholland Estates is an entertainer's dream with spacious public rooms, most of which open to a beautifully landscaped yard featuring a professional outdoor kitchen with dining area, pool and spa." The 7,924 sq ft property also boats seven bathrooms, a private screening room and "top of the line appliances and finishes." Charlie - who recently purchased another home in the same area with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms - had been living in the property with his two "goddesses" porn star Bree Olson and part-time model Natalie Kenly, although Bree later moved out. As well as having Natalie live with him in the new property, Charlie will also get regular visits from his two-year-old twin sons, Bob and Max, after custody agreements were settled between him and his ex-wife Brooke Mueller. For the next two months, Charlie will have the boys every other weekend from Saturday morning to Monday morning. After that - provided both he and Brooke stay alcohol and drug free - he will have them an additional Wednesday morning through to Thursday morning. |
