The 29-year-old Geordie singer has been tuning into the London 2012 Games and was obviously impressed by Tom's 4th place in the 10m synchro diving with his partner Pete Waterfield. Cheryl Tweeted: "@tomdaley1994 I think you are amazing! Will you teach me how to swan dive?"
Plymouth boy Tom, who's admitted in the past that he has the hots for Cheryl, was quick to reply.He wrote: "Of course!!! But first you need to follow me ;)."
Cheryl then fulfilled 18-year-old Tom's wish and followed him - so it seems their day at the pool may just happen. But speaking earlier this year, Tom seemed to have bigger plans for his first date with the woman of is dreams. He told Heat magazine: "I've fancied her since The X Factor. She is just so sexy and my type... "[Our date] would definitely be in Plymouth and I would take her for a hot-air balloon ride that ended with a BBQ on the beach in the sunset. It's not very glamorous, but I think she might like a change." We think you're right, Tom. What do you say, Chezza? |
