Celebrity Big Brother 2012: Housemates pass soap opera taskThe new series of Celebrity Big Brother has got off to a good start - the housemates have passed their first task and will therefore be treated to a party.
As the first two housemates, Cheryl and Julie were called to the diary room and given hidden earpieces to wear.
The pesky boss told them they had to turn the next 90 minutes of launch night into a soap opera - and would have to follow instructions given to them upon hearing their show theme tune.
Those instructions included former EastEnders star Cheryl telling Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino that Julie had previously had an affair with her husband, while Julie pulled Rhian aside to announce that she reminded her of a Coronation Street barmaid. The drama ended in a blazing row between the pair, with Julie throwing a drink over Cheryl.
Both actresses successfully completed their mission to Big Brother's satisfaction and so won a Television Soap themed party for everyone. The housemates can look forward to treats including Big Brother's Hot Pot and Jellied Eels. Lucky them. The episode airs toniught at 10pm on Channel 5. |
