Dancing On Ice's Shayne Ward shows off his skater bod in naked photoFormer X Factor winner Shayne Ward will don his skates for the second time on Dancing On Ice this weekend.But before he does that, the 28-year-old has posed for a racy naked snap for Cosmopolitan, to raise awareness of male cancer.
He told TellyMix: “I’ve been too busy to go to the gym, but I’ve done a lot of cardio on the ice and have lost loads of weight.”
It seems Shayne, who's paired with pro Maria Filippov on the show, has been working hard in the hope of beating the likes of Beth Tweddle, Matt Lapinskas and Anthea Turner.
He tweeted yesterday: "Right So session finished today. Have a leg massage booked in at 2 at the hotel. Rock hard thighs need sorting." Shayne, who won The X Factor in 2005, says his time on Dancing On Ice is quite similar to when he was competing on Simon Cowell's singing contest. He continued: “Dancing On Ice is tougher than I thought! It’s like X Factor in that I love the competitive nature of it, but then I do get butterflies in my stomach before we skate. “What’s best is the bond between the contestants.” Rock Of Ages musical star Shayne recently got engaged to his long-term girlfriend, but he admits there's no sign of them becoming husband and wife just yet. He added: "The wedding’s on hold because of Dancing On Ice. "We got engaged and we were really happy, but we’re also building a house so between that and the training for the show, our focus is elsewhere."
