But now another wildly popular boybander has admitted to a crush on the sexy soap star too, much to the annoyance of women worldwide.
In an interview with The Sun's TV Buzz magazine this weekend, Harry revealed his current TV show of choice was long-running ITV soap Coronation Street.
The 18-year-old’s bandmate Louis Tomlinson then embarrassed him by revealing why, explaining: “That’s because Michelle Keegan’s in it. He records all Michelle’s episodes and watches them back to back.”
Michelle, who’s won “Sexiest Female” at the British Soap Awards for five years in a row, is very much a favourite among the 1D boys. Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Louis and Harry all agreed that they would love to see the dark-haired 25-year-old on the front cover of the magazine. But despite being adored by men up and down the country, humble Michelle doesn’t rate herself at all, and recently told The Sun's TV Biz that she thinks she’s "genuinely not sexy!" She said: "I haven't changed since day one. I still go out in my pyjamas to Tesco, hair up, no make-up. I'm genuinely not sexy!" Harry appears to have changed his mind of late, having previously been linked to another soap star, after rumours swirled that he was attempting to chat up former Neighbours actress Natalie Imbruglia. He was seen getting up close and personal with the 37-year-old at pal James Corden’s wedding earlier this month. |
