Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo had a dance off at their wedding shower on Sunday (29.05.11). The couple threw a cocktail party for close friends and family at the London Hotel in West Hollywood, California to celebrate their forthcoming nuptials and although the occasion was "heartfelt" they still managed to incorporate a lot of fun into their evening. A source told People: "Nick and Vanessa gave heartfelt toasts and got a little choked up. Nick talked about the journey they've been on and how much it meant to have friends and family celebrate with them. Afterward there were some serious dance competitions throughout the night, which were hysterical! That's Nick and Vanessa's thing." Nick - who proposed to TV beauty Vanessa last November after dating for four years - previously revealed he had partied hard at the reception, tweeting that his liver was "furious" with him the next day. The 'Sing Off' host - who was previously married to pop star Jessica Simpson - wrote: "My liver is furious with me!! Great time last night at our wedding shower. (sic)" |
