Justin Bieber is living large as one of the world’s biggest popstars, but it seems the fame has gone to his head as he's ruining his neighbours’ lives with his constant "music, parties and paparazzi".

Kristen Bell and her fiancé Dax Shepard in Los Angeles and the pair have spoken out about Justin’s disruptive behaviour.
Comparing their previously peaceful neighbourhood to a war zone, Dax obviously thinks the teen heartthrob needs to be a little more considerate of those living nearby.
The 37-year-old actor joked on US daytime chat show The View: “The music and the parties and the paparazzi, I mean, it's like living in Lebanon now.”
But his fiancée Kristen, 32, was a little more diplomatic about their problem, admitting: “In his defence, I will say we don't know the exact house the music is coming from. We just know since he moved in, the music has been blaring.”
Although they can’t prove Justin is the root of the problem, the singer has a reputation for spoilt behaviour, with CSI star
Marg Helgenberger describing Bieber as “kind of a brat” during his guest appearance on the show.
The actress claimed he locked one of the producers in a closet and put his fist through a cake on the craft services table.
It would appear that Justin has curbed the partying and loud music for the time being, as last night he tweeted to his 25 million followers: “i REALLY enjoy sleeping. #teenager.”
Poor thing is probably exhausted...
